Our company started with 40 years of combined experience that saw a better way of working with technology. We took notes from others offering their thoughts, grievances, and comments about IT support in general and saw that the 'usual' wasn't cutting it anymore. From there we started in Houston with a simple vision: redefine Tech Support. We started on June 16th, 2019 and have been right next door ever since.

Our support services range from secure remote support for all types of technology (PC, MAC, iPhone, Android, Smart-Home, Printers, Gaming systems and everything in between) to more advanced onsite support based on your personal, business, and/or professional needs as well as Audio/Visual editing and management!
Our Technology Advancement service offers potential solutions for businesses to streamline, automate and/or simplify daily tasks that can be improved or automated using technology based off your needs. Beyond just making recommendations, we also offer building an implementation strategy, training on use for your team, and maintenance. Maintenance includes upkeep, repairs, upgrades and reporting.
Our prices range based on your needs. We custom tailor a pricing plan that suits your budget. Residential monthly plans start at $25 per month (no-contract) for 5 devices including remote and phone support, $20 per hour for non-subscribers. Our minimum to come to your door is $100 and our hourly rate ranges based on the service required.
